Best intro book is “Hiking with Nietzsche” by John Kaag. Super easy read, part travelogue, part introduction to Nietzsches philosophy.
If you’d rather get into just the philosophy I’d recommend “What Nietzsche Really Said” by Kathleen Higgins and Robert C. Solomon
